The lodge is in a private area on Greenacres Holiday Park in Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog, Gwynedd within walking distance to the beach and close to all amenities.

Greenacres Holiday Park has a number of on-site facilities including bar, restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, children's play area, crazy golf, shop and entertainment.

Buy to let is permitted, up to 4 dogs allowed and the open season is from 1 March until 31 December.

Porthmadog town is 10 minutes away, there are a number of local shops and pubs within the area and the famous Black Rock Sands beach is a 5 minutes walk.

Porthmadog harbour is 10 minutes away and offers boat/jet ski storage and launch facilities.
