Spacious lodge situated in the beautiful setting of Pease Bay, on the East coast of the Scottish borders.
This wooden lodge, offers stunning beach and cliff top views, on a premium pitch with private double car parking facilities. Decking, for sitting outside enjoying the stunning views of Pease Bay, the beach and cliff-top views. Set on an angle, this lodge stands out from the rest as there are no neighbouring pitches to one side, and a sunken patio area, ideal for barbeques and privacy. There is also an area to the front for displaying plants, giving a warm welcome to your visitors.
Inside there is a view to enjoy from every window. The open plan living area is welcoming and well furnished, comprising of a dining table and chairs, 2 large sofas, one of which is a sturdy sofa bed for your guests. The well positioned layout offers the opportunity to have separate areas that seamlessly blend into one an other. The front windows and patio doors let light flood into the living area.
The decking offers an extension to the living room, with ample room for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen area has a wood effect wrap-around breakfast/dining bar with stools. An integrated fridge freezer blends into the beautiful units and there is a built-in electric fan-assisted oven and gas hob and extractor hood with integrated lighting. The base units have small spotlights adding to the ambiance, with windows overlooking the beach and hillside.
The master bedroom has a beautiful wooden bed and over bed storage, plus a dressing table, and walk-in storage/dressing room. The en-suite has a double size shower cubicle, w/c and wash basin with storage cupboard, and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom comprises of a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, TV and two new single beds. The family/guest bathroom has a w/c, full size bath, over the bath shower, hand basin with storage cupboard and heated towel rail.
This lodge has the advantage of being on the access road leading to the site, therefore you do not have to enter the park to get to it.
The park is currently open 11 months of the year, closing in February. For the 2024 season this will be changed to being open the full 12 months.

The park itself offers a well-stocked shop, and there is an on-site restaurant, bar and entertainment suite. There is also an owners lounge with events occurring throughout the season.
The lodge is within easy reach of the facilities should you choose to use them, but is situated where you will have peace and tranquility when you want it. There is a large car park for visitor parking and direct access to the beach. Berwick-upon-Tweed is within 25 miles South of the site, and Dunbar is nine miles to the North, offering train facilities to nearby Edinburgh, and bus services to neighbouring border towns.
